All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and may change without prior notice. The price charged is the price displayed at checkout when you place the order.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or delivery limitations. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid.

You must provide accurate contact and delivery information for successful fulfillment.

4. Payment

We accept cards, mobile wallets (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket), and Cash on Delivery where available, processed through secure payment partners such as SSLCommerz.

Failed, incomplete, or fraudulent transactions may be cancelled without liability.

Estimated delivery: same-day within Dhaka (where available) and typically 2–3 business days nationwide. Actual times may vary by location, stock, and courier conditions.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. Please inspect the package on receipt and report damage or incorrect items promptly.

6. Warranty

Eligible products carry manufacturer or distributor warranty as stated on the product page. Warranty claims follow the brand's terms. Physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized repair may void warranty.
